As the IT Services Supervisor, you will lead technology teams and ensure seamless operations of our IT services. You will help manage the IT budget, take part in strategic planning, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Providing exceptional services and solutions to our customers will be your top priority. This position is in classification IS Supervisor 2 (pay schedule/range 70-02), with an annual salary of $104,000 - $126,568, plus excellent benefits. Pay for current and new state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan in effect at the time of hire.
ETF offers hybrid remote/office work. If interested in remote work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF’s office on the first day of employment. In addition, the employee may need to report to ETF on short notice as operational needs require.
ETF does not sponsor work visas. Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.

A 12-month probationary is required.
